Electrical parts are not supplied with warranty from the manufacturers. We do not accept returns on all electronic parts like microwave oven magnetrons, fan motors, sensors, pc boards etc, that has been connected to an appliance and powered. Any part(s) that were incorrectly supplied should be reported within 24 hours of purchase and returned within 5 working days, later will incur a 20% fee. Buyer is responsible for any part(s) they decide to return due to change of mind or wrongly ordered (RETURNS ON BUYERS EXPENSE). For Non electrical parts: We will not process a refund for any used part(s), the part must be in its original packaging with no sign of being opened or fitted to the appliance.
